Tax plans start at $3,500, but the investment is determined on an individualized basis depending on the complexity and customization required to meet each client’s specific needs. Your tax savings will always outweigh your investment with us.

While we do prepare individual tax returns, it is specifically for the business owners we serve as part of our comprehensive services. While we don't offer payroll services directly, we partner with ADP, a leader in payroll solutions. As one of our clients, we can connect you with ADP through our platform, ensuring you get seamless, reliable payroll services tailored to your needs.
We exclusively use QuickBooks Online for accounting to ensure accurate and efficient financial management. For client collaboration, we use the Canopy Client Portal, a secure platform where you can access and upload information, exchange and sign documents, track projects, and conveniently pay your invoices.
For recurring services, fees are automatically debited via ACH on the 1st of each month, and you will receive a receipt for each payment. An ACH authorization form will be provided for you to complete when you sign the engagement letter.
For non-recurring services, payment terms depend on the scope and complexity of the service. Some services require full payment upfront, while others may require a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due upon completion. These terms will be discussed during our initial consultation and outlined in your engagement letter.
